Excitation of EMIC waves detected by the Van Allen Probes on 28 April 2013 We report the wave observations, associated plasma measurements, and linear theory testing of electromagnetic ion cyclotron (EMIC) wave events observed by the Van Allen Probes on 28 April 2013.
