9:00	Discussion of PDMP needed inputs - Discussion leaders Nicky Fox & Rob Barnes Review portions of the Project Data Management Plan that were TBD at the time of first delivery. Review Table of Contents and discuss needs for other sections.
10:00	Sharing plans for Data Products - Discussion leaders Nicky Fox & Rob Barnes Summarization of what teams are providing and discussions as to what other teams need. "Mini" presentations from each of the teams on what specifically they need from other teams. Identification of the instrument team's specific data product levels. RBSPICE data products, Sasha Ukhoskiy PSBR data sharing plan, Dave Byers ECT data sharing plan, Brian Larson EMFISIS data products & needs, Craig Kletzing EFW SOC Data, John Wygant BARREL Data, Robyn Millan
11:30	Report from LWS TR&T focus team - "Formation and loss of new radiation belts in the slot region" - Mike Liemohn Focused in terms of what do we and "can we" know now with existing data vs. what RBSP will contribute. What do the people who worry about this need from RBSP? Are we doing the right things?
1:30	RBSP Model Needs - Discussion leader Richard Thorne The current status of Radiation Belt modeling efforts as well as recent advances in Radiation Belts. Discussion of the major remaining challenges modeling and preparations for RBSP launch in 2012.
2:30	Report from LWS TR&T focus team - "Toward combined models of acceleration, loss and transport of energetic electrons and protons in the magnetosphere" - Mike Liemohn Focused in terms of what do we and "can we" know now with existing data vs. what RBSP will contribute. What do the people who worry about this need from RBSP? Are we doing the right things?
3:00	Radiation Belt Modeling - Yuri Shprits Code to calculate diffusion coefficients for wave normal angles and also recent 3D modeling and data assimilation work.
3:45	Nonlinear Theory of Ion-Cyclotron Instability - Peter Yoon Theoretical work on plasma turbulence and particle-wave interaction energizing electrons and ions.
4:30	General discussion on modeling needs - Discussion leader Sasha Ukhoskiy

11:15	Success criterion for RBSP - discussion leader Lou Lanzerotti Define a set of studies and predictions. This is not just another way of defining the mission objectives. Predictive science in advance of Phase E, in order to provide concrete results against which to compare RBSP observations. It has to be specific to RBSP instrument capabilities, orbital limitations, mission duration, etc. E.g. to run some models or exercise some theories of that, specifically, RBSP should see in order to prove or disprove the importance of a certain mechanism.
